Before joining ProReal, Andrew was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and an Executive in IBM's Global Business Services team. He has over 25 years' experience of building global businesses, connected teams and projects. His recent client-facing roles include supporting the adoption of digital technologies and bringing evidence-based practices to leadership development.

David Tinker, Development Director

David Tinker

Development Director

David is a former military helicopter pilot. He taught leadership in the Army before transferring skills to become a consultant and coach in the international corporate environment. David has 20 years’ experience as an Executive coach and organisational development consultant. The original ProReal concept grew out of David’s training in coaching, sociodrama, and storytelling; he now translates these practices into our technology and training.

David has a passion for IT and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to difficult problems. In his previous role with IBM he deployed innovative software solutions and led IT infrastructure projects for new site deployments around the world.

Michal Wizental, ProReal Academy

Michal holds an MBA in Strategic Management. While working at Konica, he was responsible for creating the technical team in Poland and subsequently the focus of his career was business change management, leading to him consulting for Polish Telecom, Siemens, Netia, Microsoft, IBM BTO, Unilever and many others. He is a certified Gestalt counsellor and accredited ProReal coach and trainer.

Brigid is a Creative Therapist specialising in trauma recovery, conflict resolution, and education who uses innovative techniques to support personal transformation and development. She has worked with a range of organisations for over 20 years, including in extreme environments in Gaza, Israel, South Africa.

Klaus Döllinger

Lead trainer

Klaus has been a coach and management trainer for over 20 years. His work is based on extensive Gestalt-therapy and System-theory coaching. Klaus founded and ran an IT training company in Germany for more than 20 years, and now brings ProReal to the German coaching market.

Caroline is an experienced clinician, academic and researcher, spending over a decade exploring digital adjuncts that promote wellbeing and mental health. She is passionate about the role digital technologies can play in promoting wider public health and wellbeing using psychologically-informed applications across a variety of settings.
