Before joining ProReal, Andrew was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and an Executive in IBM's Global Business Services team. He has over 25 years' experience of working at the intersection of people and technology. Andrew is a keen snowboarder, canoeist and cyclist and looks younger than he is.

David Tinker, Development Director ProReal

David Tinker

Development Director

David is a former military helicopter pilot. He taught leadership in the Army before transferring skills to become a consultant and coach in the international corporate environment. David has 20 years experience as an executive coach and organisational development consultant and continues to deliver assignments for clients around the world. David is a mean piano and tuba player.

Eileen is a project manager and a senior communications and engagement strategist with over 30 years’ experience. Eileen founded The Ideas Generation, a consultancy helping organisations engage with audiences and stakeholders. She has worked across business, arts and culture, technology and not for profit sectors. She is studying Criminology at Birkbeck and is a black belt in karate.

David has a passion for IT and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to difficult problems. In his previous role with IBM he deployed innovative software solutions and led IT infrastructure projects for new site deployments around the world. David spends much of his free time walking the beautiful Somerset countryside in search of new places to enjoy cake.

Klaus Döllinger, Lead Trainer ProReal

Klaus has been a coach and management trainer for over 20 years. His work is based on extensive Gestalt-therapy and System-theory coaching. Klaus owned and ran an IT training company in Germany for more than 20 years. Klaus loves to dance Tango Argentino and tries to strike the right note when he sings in a choir in Regensburg.

Michal started building his business experience aged 16 working in his family's business. After completing an MBA in Strategic Management he joined Konica and became responsible for creating its technical team in Poland. When Polish companies were adapting to the requirements of European laws, the main focus of his career became business change management leading to him consulting for Polish Telecom, Siemens, Netia, Microsoft, IBM BTO, Unilever and many others. He is a certified Gestalt counsellor and accredited ProReal coach and trainer. Michal lives in a vineyard in rural Poland and is passionate about straw bale building techniques and wine making.

Brigid is a Creative Therapist specialising in trauma recovery, conflict resolution, education and uses innovative techniques to support personal transformation and development. She has worked with a range of organisations for over 20 years, and has been touched by the generosity and humility of individuals in extreme environments in Gaza, Israel, South Africa as well as the UK. Brigid can make delicious banana bread muffins, and is learning to play the piano.

Geoff is an experienced and committed educator with 30 years’ teaching experience and, subsequently, 20 years’ training and working as a counsellor and coach facilitating others to make the most of their aspirations and talents, working in a variety of contexts. He is trained in the Person Centred Approach which is non-directive thus encouraging clients to seek greater self-awareness and understanding to achieve autonomy.
After starting her career in Production Management with Procter and Gamble, Liz has spent the last 27 years in organisation development consulting. She now focuses on leadership development and executive coaching, helping people to be the best version of themselves, whatever they are doing. She sings in a pop choir and aspires to a golf handicap below 20.
Luit is a Dutch psychologist who thrives on challenging clients to understand, explore and embrace their personal strengths and weaknesses through coaching and cognitive behavioural therapy. She has 15 years of experience in accompanying her clients in their journey towards their desired behaviour. Having moved to the UK recently, Luit is now working on her gardening skills and her backhand on the tennis court.
Anne has worked as a psychologist and change agent for over 30 years. Her career began in the civil service and she became Principal Psychologist in the Cabinet Office. She was a partner at Sheppard Moscow for 20 years, and launched her own consultancy in 2012. She provides exceptional leadership coaching – for individuals and teams – and works across a range of sectors. Her commitment to research and learning includes projects to accelerate the promotion of female managers in professional services. She is a keen handicrafter and can often be found rummaging for vintage cookware in her hometown of Lampeter in Wales.
