This article popped into our inboxes yesterday and it sparked a flurry of WhatsApp messaging between the ProReal team. Being a fairly PR-shy tech start-up (although Eileen our Head of Projects, Marketing and Ops is trying to change this!) we are really humbled when people we respect and admire talk about us. Huge thanks to Dr. Richard Graham for featuring us in this blog on Huffington Post ‘Get Active! How To Get The Most From Your Wearable’. Richard is a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at the Nightingale Hospital and Consultant Psychiatrist and former Clinical Director of the Adolescent Department at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust.
One particular line struck us as it sums up how we feel about not putting tech at the centre but making it work with and for you: ‘Progress flows from co-creation between ourselves and machine’. Wise words.
